Begin at your address and finish where you need to be
You may be leaving a home in Nice, a hotel or the airport and heading to accommodation, a business address or family in Milan. Provide both addresses so that the journey can be planned around your actual starting point and final destination.
The same approach applies from Milan to Nice. A pick-up in Italy can be arranged with a destination in Nice or another agreed address on the French Riviera. Each request is considered according to its date, itinerary and availability. A one-way journey can start in Milan.

Central Milan, Linate, Malpensa or Bergamo?
Travelling to central Milan is different from travelling to an airport. Linate, Malpensa and Bergamo Orio al Serio are three separate airports serving Milan. State the exact airport name, terminal if known and relevant flight details when your journey involves a flight.
For a business trip or a stay in the city, give the final address of the hotel, accommodation or appointment. If you have a specific arrival commitment, mention it when enquiring. The departure arrangements can then be considered alongside the requested stops and the expected conditions of the journey.

Plan the journey around the people travelling
On a long-distance journey, the vehicle and the planned breaks deserve attention from the start. Tell us how many people are travelling, describe their luggage and outline any particular requirements. A car or van can be proposed subject to availability; requests for a specific make or model can also be considered.
If you would like a break, an additional passenger pick-up or a meeting along the way, include it in your enquiry. Those stops need to form part of the agreed route and quote. If you require a chauffeur for several appointments after arrival, explain the programme so that any additional period of chauffeur hire can be assessed separately.

A clear quote and deposit arrangements before confirmation
Your proposal is based on the journey and services requested: addresses, dates, vehicle, stops and any return travel. A deposit is required for long-distance journeys. Its amount and payment arrangements are stated in the quote, together with the conditions applying to the booking.

A detailed enquiry helps shape a proposal around your needs and gives proper consideration to the important stages before you travel.

Can I arrange Milan to Nice without an outward journey from Nice?
Yes. A one-way journey starting in Milan can be considered on its own. Provide the pick-up address in Italy, your destination and preferred date when enquiring.
Does a Milan quote automatically include Malpensa, Linate or Bergamo?
No. Each airport is a different destination. Specify the airport, terminal and flight details where relevant so that the proposal is prepared for the correct journey.
Can we include breaks or a stop along the way?
Yes, describe your requested stops in the enquiry. Their arrangements and conditions can be included in the agreed itinerary, subject to the feasibility of the programme.
Is a deposit required for a Nice–Milan journey?
Yes. Long-distance journeys require a deposit. The amount, due date and payment arrangements are specified in the quote before confirmation.
Can the return be on the same day or several days later?
Either request can be considered. Provide the dates and preferred schedule, along with the return pick-up address. Arrangements are confirmed subject to feasibility and availability.
