From the right terminal to the right address
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport has two terminals. When requesting your transfer, provide your travel date, flight number, terminal if known and full destination address. These details help establish a clear meeting arrangement and identify anything specific to your arrival.
Your transfer can continue beyond central Nice. Cannes, Monaco and other Riviera destinations can be included in your request, along with longer journeys to a more distant address. A hotel entrance, private residence or business venue may require different arrangements, so the exact destination matters.

Choose a vehicle around the people travelling
A business trip, a family holiday and a journey with colleagues all have different requirements. Tell us how many people are travelling and describe the number and size of their bags. Mention any larger items or specific needs before the vehicle is confirmed.
You can request a car or a van, as well as a particular vehicle category, make or model. The proposal will set out what can be arranged for your dates. Images on the website illustrate the style of service; the vehicle for your own journey is confirmed as part of the booking arrangements.

Plan your airport departure and your return together
For a journey to the airport, provide your pick-up address, flight details and departure requirements. The arrangements can then be considered against your programme and the expected road conditions. There is no single departure schedule that suits every address or flight.
If you already know your return plans, include both journeys in the same enquiry. Give the date and address for each leg, particularly if you are staying somewhere different at the end of your trip. Any extra pick-up, stop or appointment along the way should be discussed in advance and included in the agreed itinerary.

Get a quote for the journey you actually need
Send your travel details through the Contact page or call to discuss your transfer. The route, vehicle, availability and service conditions are set out in the proposal before you confirm. Include your main requirements from the outset so that the arrangements reflect the whole journey.
Where an airport transfer continues into a long-distance journey, a deposit is required under the terms stated in the quote. Waiting arrangements, changes and additional stops should also be agreed in advance. This gives you a clear basis for planning your arrival or departure.

Before you travel
Can I enquire before I know my terminal?
Yes. Provide the date, airline and flight number. The terminal and meeting point will need to be established before your pick-up.
What happens if my flight changes or is delayed?
Let us know about any change as soon as you are aware of it. Any revised pick-up and waiting arrangements depend on the agreed service conditions and need to be confirmed.
Can I travel directly from Nice Airport to Cannes or Monaco?
Yes, a private transfer can be arranged to either destination. Include the final address and your travel requirements so the proposal covers the correct journey.
Can I bring large bags or unusual luggage?
