Start with the exact pick-up and destination
A city pick-up and an airport arrival need different arrangements. Tell us where your journey begins and where it should end. For an airport transfer, include the flight date, flight number and terminal if known, alongside the full address in Cannes.
The Palais des Festivals stands between the Croisette and the Old Port. It is a useful landmark when describing your plans, but a venue name alone does not establish the meeting point. Include the name and address of your hotel, residence or event, together with any arrival instructions you have received.

Build the journey into your business schedule
A congress, trade event or meeting may involve more than one appointment. Share the locations and the timings you need to work around. If colleagues are travelling with you, say whether everyone will be collected at the same address or whether additional pick-ups are required.
A transfer covers a defined journey between addresses. If you need a chauffeur available between meetings, ask for a chauffeur for an agreed period instead. Your proposed schedule, stops, waiting requirements and service conditions can then be considered together before the arrangement is confirmed.

Travel with your partner, family or colleagues
The choice of a car or van depends on the people travelling, their luggage and your preferences. Provide the number of passengers and describe the bags, including any larger items. Requests for a particular vehicle category, make or model can be considered, subject to availability.
For a leisure stay, think about the final leg as well as your arrival. You might travel from Nice Airport to Cannes, then leave from a different hotel or continue to another destination. If your transfer is linked to an event, share the specific venue and any access instructions supplied by the organiser. The meeting or drop-off point must be agreed around the programme and the access conditions on the day. A private transfer does not provide exemption from local restrictions.

Can the transfer start at Nice Airport?
Yes. Provide your flight, date, terminal if known and final address in Cannes. The airport pick-up can then be organised as part of the confirmed transfer.
Can I book the journey from Cannes to Nice?
Yes, transfers can be arranged in either direction. Specify the pick-up address in Cannes and your destination in Nice, particularly if you are travelling to the airport.
Can I request a drop-off at the Palais des Festivals?
You can request the Palais as your destination. The drop-off or meeting point needs to be agreed according to the event and the access permitted for your travel date.
Will the chauffeur wait during my appointment?
This requires a request for chauffeur hire or an expressly agreed waiting arrangement. A point-to-point transfer does not automatically include a chauffeur remaining available during the appointment.
